Fix & Flank
Outthink visible enemy orders in a daily deterministic World War II tactics puzzle built around facing, flanking, and supply.
About Fix & Flank
Fix & Flank is a daily deterministic World War II tactics puzzle from Toadstool Labs. Choose a Soviet or German doctrine, study the enemy orders revealed at the start of each turn, and command a small force across a hand-drawn hex map. Fire pins units, attacks from the flank or rear do lasting damage, and troops cut off from supply may not recover. Each compact battle gives you five turns to take or hold an objective, with no dice and no hidden enemy move. A fresh scenario arrives every day, while the archive, run history, and leaderboards reward returning commanders.
How to play
Choose the Soviet or German doctrine, then inspect the enemy orders shown for the current turn. Select one of your units and assign a move or attack. Use facing, flanking, supply, terrain, and supporting units to secure the marked objective within five turns. Advance only after every order is set; use a rewind if you need to reconsider an earlier turn.
Controls
Mouse or touch: select units, destination hexes, targets, and interface actions. Keyboard: Arrow keys move the cursor, Enter confirms an action, Tab cycles units, C advances the turn, and Z rewinds.
